Deposits: juanph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. juanph does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. juanph processes GCash and Maya withdrawals as quickly as possible, typically within minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Refunds: Deposits used to place wagers are generally non-refundable. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact our support team immediately. juanph will investigate and, where appropriate, refund deposits at its sole discretion, less any applicable fees.
Currency: All transactions on the juanph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso. juanph bears no responsibility for any conversion losses if a player's payment method applies foreign exchange rates.

All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

juanph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All games offered on the juanph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over long periods and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
In the event of a disconnection or technical error during gameplay, juanph will use game server logs to determine the status of the round at the time of interruption. juanph's determination shall be final. No compensation will be provided for losses arising from technical issues caused by your own internet connection or device.

juanph's total cumulative liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

juanph reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, or compliance with regulatory requirements.
You may close your juanph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deducting applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method.
juanph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
